SERVICE AND WARRANTY
The Boytone One-Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty, which provided rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. The Boytone One-Year Limited Warranty terms and conditions shall not apply to consumer law claims.
Please note: All claims made under the Boytone One-Year Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this One-Year Limited Warranty document.
All Boytone-branded products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. Under the warranty period, you will be able to direct all claims to Boytone in situations where you purchased the product from Boytone or a verified third party seller. If a defect arises during the One-Year Warranty Period, Boytone will (1) repair the Product at no charge or (2) replace the Product with a replacement or of a product of equal or less value. Boytone’s One-Year Limited Warranty excludes any damages resulting from modifications, accident, abuse, unauthorized repairs or any other causes that are not defects.
Boytone does not warrant and in no event is liable for products that are damaged or loss; or any loss of profits or data or benefits caused by the loss by the user’s fault.

Customers outside of the United States should note that NOT all warranty policies stated herein are consistent globally. Customers should contact the local distributor in their current country for instructions regarding warranty claims specific to that country. The process described herein will not work for international warranty requests.
Boytone warrants products with Serial Number (found on outer packaging by UPC barcode): to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the purchase receipt and verification of purchase if purchased from a verified third party seller.
SERVICE OR REPAIR
When you send your product to Boytone, a representative from Boytone will contact you regarding whether your product is eligible for a repair or a replacement with a product that is new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability. For your product to be eligible of different services other than the one requested, a representative from Boytone will contact you with more information.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPLACE OR REPAIR?
Service through Boytone takes approximately from 1-7 business days from when we receive your product. A representative from Boytone will be in contact regarding the arrival of your item and the replacement or repair as well as the shipment.
WHAT DOES REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE COST?
Boytone’s service fees depend on your product and coverage under warranty:
- There is no charge if the repair is for a defect covered under the Boytone One-Year Limited Warranty.
- Out-of warranty service and repair service for accidental damage may be available for your product as described below:
If your repair isn’t covered by Boytone’s One Year Limited Warranty or was damaged, it may be eligible for out-of-service warranty service. However, some products aren’t eligible at all if broken into multiple pieces. Boytone reserves the right to determine whether the product is eligible.
