The following provides answers to some of the frequently asked questions
Products purchased directly from Boytone may be returned under circumstances:
- Within 30 days of the original shipment for any reason*; or
- Within 1 year of date of original purchase for a defect**
* 30-day return policy applies only to Boytone products that are purchased directly from Boytone (online store or via phone).
** In a case of a product defect, Boytone will (1) repair the Product at no charge or (2) replace the Product with a replacement or of a product of equal or less value
Boytone warrants product with Serial Number (found on outer packaging by UPC barcode): to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the UPC and purchase receipt and/or verification of purchase when purchased from a verified third party seller.
During the warranty period, Boytone shall repair or replace product if defective. If replaced, the replacement shall be with a product of equal value. This warranty is limited to the purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is only valid when Boytone is notified at their contact information, serial number verified and an acceptable copy of purchase receipt is submitted.
Unable to connect?
- Make sure your Bluetooth function is turned on, is on the correct Bluetooth function and your device and is not connected to any other Bluetooth function.
- If your system is connected to another device; go on the device and disconnect the Bluetooth.
- Connect via Bluetooth.
- When connected, Boytone system will make a sound when connected.

When should I receive my order?
In most cases, we’ll process and ship your orders within 1 business day. At that point, expect it to take 3-5 business days to arrive to you depending on where in the country you are. In rare cases, we’ll need a couple days to process your order.
