RETURN POLICY
The Return Policy applies to all orders placed on boytone.com. All other orders purchased through a third-party are subject to the third-parties return policy.
Boytone’s Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Boytone guarantees a 100% satisfaction on all Boytone products to all consumers. If you are not satisfied with your Boytone purchase, you may return your item within 30 days for any reason.
Items of SALE and ACCESSORIES are not eligible for return or store credit.
Returned items must:
- Be verified with purchase order
- Have original packaging
- Include all accessories
- Have UPC (barcode) or serial number
RETURNING A PRODUCT
To return a product purchased from Boytone.com:
- Call Boytone customer support or email: customerservice@boytone.com with your order number and product number.
- Pack the product securely in the products original packaging and pack it in a secure box to ensure the product does not get damaged through delivery.
- Provide all necessary documents for your return so we may identify the buyer and item being returned.
- Use a shipping service such as UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service and request your tracking number.
- We also recommend insuring your product in case of damage caused to the product during delivery.
PRODUCT RECEIVED
Once your returned product is received, a representative from Boytone will verify your return and send a confirmation email regarding your product being received and an issued credit that was made from your purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed and credited.
